After a string of solid releases in 2014 the head honcho of the ever-influential Gomma record label and all round solid producer, Munk, is at it again with his recent remix of American singer/songwriter Lana Del Ray‘s track ‘West Coast’.  What’s even better is that you can grab a hold of this track for your listening pleasure all for free, just by simply liking his Facebook page!

The remix is a real down-tempo affair, absolutely perfect for the start of a long night or alternatively for waking up after one.  Munk has given ‘West Coast’ a new, more steady flow with solid rolling beats and bassline while retaining the originals mellow feel through the guitar samples and de-tuned piano hits. We’re definitely going to be rinsing this one quite a fair bit.
