*FREE DOWNLOAD* Rucks – Hard 2 Find

Over this summer the exciting new London-based underground music imprint SoSure Music has been releasing a series of free downloads of artists featuring on the label.  The 3rd and final free download (for now), ‘Hard 2 Find’ serves as a taster of what’s to come as SoSure gears itself for a brand new release from budding young producer Rucks.  Having already had the chance to listen to his  ‘Find Someone’ EP, which is set to drop in November, we’re stoked about this free download.

Often aiming for a sound that can be characterised by placing a contemporary spin on the traditional house sound, Rucks is bang on the money with ‘Hard 2 Find’.  The dark, emotive groove that comes in around 2 minutes into the cut is an unexpected surprise after the slow and melancholic opening.   With an understated vocal sample framing itself perfectly along the bass and percussion, this wee gem is perfect for kicking things off.
