Episode 70 saw us celebrate 3 years on Subcity Radio! With over 60 record labels being covered in our time on air so far, it’s the right time for residents Barrientos & DVRS to focus in on arguably one of the most unique and innovative record labels in the world right now; Brainfeeder. Founded by the irreplicable Flying Lotus in 2008, the label has pushed the boundaries of electronic music with each release and draws upon a wide range of influences, most noticeably Jazz, Funk & Hip-Hop. Expect a real musical journey with tracks from The Gaslamp Killer, Jeremiah Jae, Lapalux & Thundercat.
