Danimal Swainger – Muzik

With its first three releases, Brit label Principal Records has strived for a solid house and disco sound, and that continues with emergent talent Danimal Swainger’s new EP “The Lumbar Puncture”.

Kicking off the 3-track EP is ‘Muzik’, a laid back and deeply entrenched house groove that is awash with golden chords and sensual vocal ad-libs. Bobbling drums prop things up and the vibes remain warm and organic throughout.  The other two tracks “T&A” and “UUU” are loaded with sensual jazzy house vibes, organic drums and rich Rhodes chords.
